Use of the website implies the express and full acceptance of these general terms and conditions in the version published at the time the user accesses it, without prejudice to any specific terms that may apply to certain particular services on the website.

All products and services on these pages that are NOT owned by Speakersprep Academy are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are recognised as such by our company. They appear on the Speakersprep Academy website solely for informational or promotional purposes, with their consent. 3 Terms of Use of the Portal
3.1 General
The User undertakes to use the Portal correctly in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to Speakersprep Academy or to third parties for any damages that may arise as a result of breaching this obligation.
The use of the Portal for purposes that are harmful to the property or interests of Speakersprep Academy or third parties, or that in any other way overload, damage or disable the networks, servers and other computer equipment, hardware, or computer products and applications, software, of Speakersprep Academy or third parties, is expressly prohibited.
3.2 Content
The User undertakes to use the Content in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other terms, regulations and instructions that may apply in accordance with clause 1.
By way of example only, and in accordance with current legislation, the User must refrain from:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming or modifying the Content, except in cases authorised by law or expressly consented to by Speakersprep Academy or by whoever holds the exploitation rights, where applicable.

3.3 Introduction of Links to the Portal

4 Disclaimer of Liability
4.1 Information
Speakersprep Academy shall not be held responsible for decisions made on the basis of the information provided on the Portal, nor for damages caused to the User or third parties as a result of actions based solely on information obtained from the Portal.
4.2 Quality of Service
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of Speakersprep Academy to monitor the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer elements. In all cases, it is the User's responsibility to have adequate tools available for detecting and disinfecting harmful computer programs.
Speakersprep Academy shall not be held responsible for damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
4.3 Availability of the Service
Access to the Portal requires services and supplies provided by third parties, including transmission through telecommunications networks whose reliability, quality, continuity and operation are not the responsibility of Speakersprep Academy. Consequently, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, either prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.
Speakersprep Academy shall not be held responsible for damages or losses of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during or prior to its provision.
4.4 Content and Services Linked Through the Portal
The Portal access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other internet pages and portals, hereinafter referred to as "Linked Sites". In these cases, Speakersprep Academy acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002 of 12 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, LSSI, and shall only be responsible for the content and services provided on Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their unlawfulness and has failed to disable the link with due diligence. If the User considers that a Linked Site contains unlawful or inappropriate content, they may notify Speakersprep Academy in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6, without such notification in any case implying an obligation to remove the corresponding link.
Under no circumstances should the existence of Linked Sites imply the existence of agreements with their managers or owners, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of Speakersprep Academy with the statements, content or services provided.
Speakersprep Academy is not aware of the content and services of the Linked Sites and therefore shall not be held responsible for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, outdated nature, unavailability, error or uselessness of the content and/or services of the Linked Sites, nor for any other damage that is not directly attributable to Speakersprep Academy.

6 Notification of Unlawful and Inappropriate Activities
If the User or any other internet user becomes aware that Linked Sites refer to pages whose content or services are unlawful, harmful, degrading, violent or contrary to morality, they may contact Speakersprep Academy, providing the following information:
- Personal data of the notifying party: name, address, telephone number and email address.
- Description of the facts revealing the unlawful or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site.
- In the event of violation of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property rights, the personal data of the owner of the infringed right where this person is different from the notifying party.
- The title proving the legitimacy of the rights holder must also be provided, as well as, where applicable, proof of representation to act on behalf of the holder where this person is different from the notifying party.
- An express declaration that the information contained in the claim is accurate.
Receipt by Speakersprep Academy of the notification provided for in this clause shall not constitute, in accordance with the LSSI, actual knowledge of the activities and/or content indicated by the notifying party.
7 Notifications
All notifications and communications made by the parties shall be valid in accordance with the means accepted by law. Those relating to this Portal shall be considered effective for all purposes if made through the Portal itself.
8 Modifications
Speakersprep Academy reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its website, including changing, deleting or adding both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented.
Furthermore, these terms and conditions may change at any time. The modifications shall enter into force from the moment of their publication.

Speakersprep Academy is present on various social networks and platforms. Therefore, when accessing any of these or other networks, it should be noted that the applicable terms of use are those established by each platform, in which Speakersprep Academy does not intervene.
10 Legislation
This Legal Notice is governed in all respects by Spanish law. Where applicable law permits waiver of the legally established jurisdiction, the courts of Málaga are designated as the jurisdiction for resolving any disputes, with the User expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
